My Story

My name is Danielle, and I have been an officiant since 2020.

I had previously worked for an event company in Denver, Colorado as a photobooth operator and had noticed I had found myself looking forward to any chance I got to listen to wedding ceremonies while I set up and found myself thinking "this could be a little more... light hearted and less... monotone... I could do this much better."

The universe must have heard me, because my best friend called me a couple of days later and asked "have you ever considered being an officiant? My friend Rev. Samuel Lopez is looking for officiants, and with your background in theater I feel you could be a great fit!" "Yes actually!" I replied!

Since then, I have officiated over 50 weddings in Colorado, working alongside one of the top officiating companies at the top venues in Colorado, but being around so much positive and supportive family had left me feeling a little homesick for mine, and I have recently moved here to Michigan to be closer to mine.

My best friend who encouraged me to start officiating, unfortunately passed away back in 2023 due to cancer, and I still feel her love and encouragement to continue chasing my passion of bringing loved ones together, and here I am! Providing my 5 star officiating services to Michigan!

I do have an extensive background in theater, having taken classes at The Purple Rose in Chelsea Michigan.

I have also attended school for Broadcasting and Communications.

I enjoy traveling in my spare time with my partner, cooking, a good binge of Gilmore Girls, throwing axes, Alternative Indie music, Art Galleries, Concerts, and time spent with my family!
